NOVICE (Women/Men):

The NOVICE division is recommended for those that are taking part on their first competition and/or have less than 6-12 months of experience in functional fitness training with no previous competitive experience in other sports. 

 

SCALED (Women/Men): 

Snatch & Thruster 55/95lbs

Clean & Shoulder to Overhead 85/115lbs

Kettlebell Swing 35/53lbs

Wall-Ball 14/20lbs

Box Jump 20"/24"

Deadlift 115/185lbs

Burpee

Pull-Up

Hanging Leg Raises (feet above hips)

Double-Under (Option to scale 3x Single-Unders)

Rope climb

Run

Bike

If you have been training for more than one year chances are you ready to tackle the SCALED Division of WOD League. Cannot complete ALL of the above? No worries, just make sure you and your partner compliment each other's skills and you'll be good to go! 

 

RX (Women/Men):

If you can Rx workouts at your Box you can do it here! Just like in the Scaled division you do not need to complete all of the above by yourself, just make sure you and your partner compliment each other's skills and accept the challenge!
